Ingredients & Product

Where are your products manufactured?

Our Products are made in Australia using ingredients sourced globally. We're an Australian-owned and operated company. Our products are manufactured in NSW and distributed from Brisbane.

Are your products natural/ Vegan?

Zero SkinCare products are scientifically formulated with 100% natural ingredients therefore, vegan friendly. The entire range does not contain any animal by-products or animal derivatives.

Do you test products on animals?

Zero Skincare is proudly bunny friendly we do not test any products on animals. All of our products are cruelty free.

What’s the shelf life of your products?

All our products have a minimum 18-months shelf-life. Once they’re opened, if you want to experience the full benefits of our natural ingredients, we recommend using within 3 months.

Does Pure Zero Offer samples of their product?

Generally we do not offer samples of our products. From time to time we could have samples available so we encourage you to get in contact with us and we will do our best to help. If you have concerns with allergies or skin conditions, we provide full disclosure of all our ingredients in each product so please refer to those in the product descriptions. If in doubt always perform a patch test on hidden skin first.

What is the best way to store my Pure Zero natural product?

All Pure Zero products should be stored between 5-30C in a dry environment, avoiding direct sunlight. Lids should always be tightly secured. Storage inside cars is not advised as temperatures can reach extreme highs and lows, which may affect the quality of the product.

Shipping

What is the order processing time?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days and you will be contacted via email. Occasionally an order may fall outside the estimated delivery window. As per Australia post policy.

Do you ship Internationally?

We currently ship within Australia (all states)

Do you ship to P.O. BOX?

We do not ship to P.O. BOX. Please enter a valid residential, or business address to which we can ship the order.

How do l know my order has shipped?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. It is important to make sure you enter your email address correctly.

Can l Cancel my order?

If your order has been already shipped unfortunately, we cannot cancel or give a refund.

What if l entered a wrong address?

Contact us immediately on admin@purezero.com.au with the correct address however if your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel or refund you.

I still have not received my package, what do I do?

Contact the Australia Postal Service and give them the tracking number to your order to locate your package.

The tracking states it has been “Delivered” but I have not received it yet. What do I do?

Contact the Australia Postal Service and give them the tracking number to your order to locate your package. Packages can be in their facility if they were unable to deliver.

My Order was damaged or lost during shipment

Pure Zero is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
